Welcome to Huckleberry Finn!
This is an experiment to see what would happen if I "exploded" a book and made it searchable by sentence. It was hastily assembled from the Project Gutenberg text file.
I cut the book up into single text files per chapter, and then parsed them with a tiny Ruby class to turn them into javascript arrays of paragraphs and sentences. All of the sentences were then fed to an index on IndexTank and here we are (and this will all hopefully win me a shiny new Macbook Air).
So, you can either start searching, or start with the preface and get reading!
